Spicer’s Creek Boat Access is located behind Lucky Bones Backwater Grill on Wissahickon Avenue in Cape May. It is a concrete ramp maintained by NJ Division of Fish & Wildlife, with adequate water depth at low tide. The ramp is lighted with a small dock.

The easiest way to find the boat ramp is to head toward Lucky Bones (1200 Route 109, Cape May — across from the Lobster House), which is located just after the main bridge into Cape May. Lucky Bones will be on your right if you are coming from the north. There is a road just before you reach their driveway, 3rd Avenue, which takes you to the very back of their parking lot, where the ramp is located.
